4 Week Wellbeing Workout
Our 4 Week Workout is aimed at help you to build skills to start and sustain regular exercise and puts these skills into practice straight away.
Our 4 Week Workout is aimed at help you to build skills to start and sustain regular exercise and puts these skills into practice straight away.
You will participate in 4 x two hour sessions run weekly over 4 weeks. Each of these sessions starts with learning the skills to motivate yourself to exercise, followed immediately by an exercise class. Class types vary depending the program.
Session 1: Getting Started
Here we run through the purpose of the program, understanding the “why” as well as a discussion about how to get the most out of the program. We then do our first 1hr exercise session!
Session 2: Building Confidence
We discuss the power of a social group and learning from others. Then we complete our 3rd 1hr exercise session.
Session 3: When the Going gets tough
Understanding that exercise is more than just moving, we talk through mindfulness and gratitude before our 1hr exercise session.
Session 4: Sustain the Habit
In our last of the 4 sessions, we equip you with the skills and tools needed to continue on your path to living a more active life. We then complete our final 1hr exercise session.
This program is FREE and has set start dates throughout the year. You can also have a support person come along.
