Cam Wilson is a Tennis Australia certified cardio tennis coach, Mental Health First Aid certified, and he has decades of personal experience of how reliable and effective exercise is as therapy for depression and anxiety. Cam‘s classes feature his own music mixes - plenty of disco, pop, soul, and good old Aussie rock’n’roll!

Michelle Feng
Michelle Feng (Level 1 Certified Yoga Teacher) teaches Vinyasa & Hatha yoga styles, and her classes feature elements of Yin and Iyengar too, as well as her beautiful traditional Tibetan "singing bowls"! Practising yoga for the past decade has helped with her own anxiety and stress levels, and she is passionate about sharing the mind/body/spirit benefits of yoga with others.

Jennifer Hill
Jennifer Hill is a 200 hour Hatha Yoga certified teacher and a registered member of Yoga Alliance. Her classes are upbeat and encourage focus and connection with the body. Jennifer never ceases to be amazed by the gifts of this ancient wisdom. It has helped her grow stronger, more flexible and fearless both on and off the mat. Now to share it with others who need it most, is the greatest gift of all. She has completed a Mental Health First Aid Course with One Door Mental Health, which was especially designed for those who work in the fitness industry.

Jase Cronshaw
As co-founder, co-owner and coach at V&B Athletic, Jase is a certified Fitness Instructor and a registered fitness professional with Fitness Australia. He is an accredited Level 2 Running coach with Athletics Australia and a Safe Return to Exercise (Pre/Post Natal) qualified trainer.
Jase is also enjoys being actively involved in health and fitness initiatives within the local community. He hosts a free weekly run club every Wednesday night with Pace Athletic Rozelle and Balmain Sports Medicine, helping people discover the same enjoyment he gets from running.

Andrew Wong
Andrew is a certified 200 hour yoga teacher in Vinyasa. He has also completed a combined 100 hours in yoga alignment and assists and yoga philosophy. His classes emphasize a connection with breathing above all. He is passionate about assisting and deepening the practice of his students with correct alignment and physical assists. Andrew teaches part-time and assists weekly at BodyMindLife in Surry Hills. Students can expect a challenging class and a strong flow peppered with traditional theming and a sense of humour.

Anna Roberts
Anna is an accredited exercise physiologist with a Masters in Exercise Science and a Masters in Brain and Mind Science. She is passionate about combining mental health and exercise together in the research and clinical fields. She has completed a Mental Health First Aid Course with One Door Mental Health, which was especially designed for those who work in the fitness industry.

Juan Fratti
With 15 years experience as a trainer, Juan is a seasoned certified personal trainer, Cross fit trainer, Metabolic Jumpstart coach and an amateur boxing competitor representing NSW. He specialises in weight Loss, boxing, cross fit training, Heart moves classes, strength and conditioning, nutritional advice and older populations group fitness classes.

Sarah Houston
Sarah is a certified personal trainer having moved from the corporate world to pursue her passion in health and fitness. She believes in making exercise accessible to everyone and is committed to helping people improve their overall well-being through exercise and movement. Sarah’s interests include running, boxing and enough resistance training to feel strong and reduce stress.

Aga Badtke
Aga Badtke is a 200 hour Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga certified teacher who combines breath awareness and mindfulness of body sensations with dynamic movement, energising flow sequences and held poses to strengthen the whole body and balance the mind. Having personally struggled with depression and anxiety in the past, she focuses in her classes on increasing sense of wellbeing by developing strength and flexibility in the body, openness and clarity in the mind, kindness and gratitude in the heart. Aga is trained in trauma aware yoga and Mental Health First Aid.

Caroline Friend
Caroline has been practicing yoga for 6 years and obtained her Level I Certificate in 2017. Caroline is continuing with her studies and training, as she loves the wisdom of this ancient tradition and will be an eternal student of yoga. Caroline is also the Administrator for Openground and Mindfulness Training Institute. Openground offer Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) courses, workshops and retreats and MTI offer teacher training in Mindfulness Based Interventions.

Adrian Montgomery
For the last 4 years Adrian has been overseas in Austria, working and coaching the top tennis juniors of the country. While travelling throughout Austria and Europe to tennis tournaments, Adrian provided full time programs and coaching to adult and junior club and recreational players. Before leaving Australia, Adrian successfully ran his own coaching business in Mosman, based at Middle Head and has also worked at Rawson Park Tennis Centre. With over 15 years of tennis coaching experience, Adrian enjoys coaching anyone who loves tennis and who would like to improve their game and become the best tennis player they can be.
